Joining CampusLink
Look up "Migration Club" on CampusLink and log in with your Duquesne University account. On our organization's page you will see a “JOIN” button – click that and your membership will be approved! If you are going through another organization, do not worry about joining the Migration Club!
Volunteer Hours
You have to have joined a student organization on CampusLink to submit volunteer hours and insert the logs as an active member for the Migration Club, or an alternative service organization, to approve them.
Your service hour dashboard is in your user menu whenever you’re logged into Campuslink.

Go to the top right of your screen, click on your profile icon to open the menu, and click "Service Hours."In the top right of the lower section is an "Add Service Hours" button; click that.
(You can use the Week / Month / 3 Months / Custom to select dates to get the pending, approved, and denied summary for those time frames.)
The "Add Service Hours" button is in the top right of your service hours dashboard.
In the top left of the form is “Organization”. Select “Migration Club,” or your alternative volunteer organization, from the list.
Please ensure all volunteer hours are assigned to the appropriate host organization!
Then fill out the fields. For the description, one to two sentences are adequate, but we do have to have something just in case. Just describe how you spent your time, if it was a slow day with patrons, "Management of the pantry" works fine.Make sure you put the date it was completed and the time spent. In general, the minimum for a shift is 30 minutes and Migration Club leadership will approve up to 3 hours for one day as the maximum. ([email protected]).And then hit "Create!" We try to get volunteer hours approved for the previous week by the next general meeting. If you ever need the hours to be posted early (e.g. for an application packet), please let the Migration Club know by emailing us.
